There's no possible way we could have known that you were just going to look at the build unless you told us. How are we supposed to know what your intentions are? You set your name to something inappropriate twice--the second time being after someone told you to set a serious name--so we banned you.

I didn't know I was in violation of the /setname abuse rule, so I thought it was just the admin joking around.

Nobody told me, "You are violating a rule that can get you permanently banned. Stop it".
This is truth. We ought to revise our system again.
Also, if the admins know I wasn't aware of what the rule meant, shouldn't I get unbanned?
