Except most of the others are garbage
You learn more from RP core than Iban's.

I could imagine a hierarchy scriptobject saver.

Code: [Select]
MasterSO
v
SaveSO_BLID0 SaveSO_BLID100

for everybody on the server, there will be a SaveSO_BLID that will dump itself when a tick passes and when a player leaves. It will create itself and load when the player spawns.

...but I think somebody will ramble on how it might be stuff or inefficient, or it might be a good idea after all.
That seems the best way of saving player data in my opinion.

You only need one scriptobject for saving
And do the rest with variables
?

Finally, my port-manipulated and lazy mind doesn't think of a horribly hacky way to save stuff.

It seems that I can't make sassy work with this hierarchial system. I'd have to make a new CityRPG from the ground up.

Sassy is outdated and eats power like a wolf

What do you mean by it eating power?

It doesn't use much power if used correctly. But I would recommend another database system.

Um
Idk how to call it right
It needs to process so many functions and loops that are totally unneeded.

I thought Sassy was crap because it saved to modify a variable and that it loaded directly from file each time a user wanted a value displayed.

Yea

I said that before he edited it. -_-
No, he said he was jasa 8 minutes before you posted.
Don't try to cover up your own stupidity.

message is a few pages old but
sigh... kids playing with simulated drugs. its like how little girls have baby dolls. when children play real life adult stuff, they exaggerate it horribly and it's embarrassing and cheesy.

it would actually be better to be a candy dealer or something.
its less poser "hurr hurr drugz!" and its way funnier. not to mention its original.
Candies make it easier to attract children, while requiring more dentist enforcement.

lol, I realized that CityRPG is so poorly coded that I'll have to code my own, if I can even finish it.

One of the only things I will use from CityRPG is Hellen, she's a nice little help manager that uses a good format.

Nobody has to "recode" anything. Sassy is fine if you're not going to have 40 people on your server at a time, so why don't some of you pick up a generic copy of CityRPG, build a cool city layout, hire great moderation, and watch a city develop?

I ran my CityRPG with Sassy no problem, developing one of the most quickly built cities in all of Blockland. If you're not in the game to watch an actual city develop, you shouldn't be playing at all.

so stop laying around and host something decent

didn't you say you were starting yours up again
