Setro2 doesn't have the skill to do that. Although, he can try doing an event CityRPG.

JJ put a lockdown on his site and your only options are to write one yourself or to partner yourself with someone who's got it but really you're too stupid to write one and I hope no one will ever think about giving it to you.

Nobody is going to give it to you out in public, your best bet is to PM somebody and just hope you are lucky.
