Many of you have joined my Public Fleet Build sever. And many of you have asked "what's the surprise?" Well since so many of you have asked and you are clearly interested, I guess I'll tell you.
I gave out many hints mentioning a 'crew' and an already finished build. The build is a very, very large battle cruiser nick named 'the GOLEM' on account of it's eyes and cannons on it's back (the spines). It is 5 stories high, six 64x64 plates long, and two 64x64 plates wide. It's my biggest build in Blockland, and I'm temped to show it off. To do this and make the most of it, I've planned an RPG where you play as crew members and fighter pilots. To make it more fun, I'll focus on making enemy ships that warp (load) to our positions. You'll fight them off in your fighter jets (currently stunt planes unless someone makes an acceptable space jet vehicle the size of the stunt plane) with rocket launchers and miniguns. Those who stay at the ship will fight with ion cannons (if i can get it to work D: ).
BEFORE YOU SAY ANYTHING, yes, this is very dorky, but I'm sure it will be fun.
The ship is complete with a hangar, bridge, brig (for those rebels who fire at their own ships), engine rooms, and many more features needed to run the ship!
If you joined the Fleet Build server, you'll know that I've been approving anyone who builds and finishes a good ship. The reason for this is that I needed extra people to run the ship if I'm ever away. So far, 5 people have built acceptable ships, and will be allowed to pick their own positions.
This is not confirmed yet, but I'm sure it will be fun once it's on. Join the 'Public Fleet Build' server and build a ship to get approved!
