word of advice, everyone(extrude): opening a model in sketchup automatically smooth-shades it. it's an option to flatshade it.

Importing a model would make it look like the picture in the OP, making it in sketch-up would most of the stuff unless you manually re-add lines, unless there's an option to reveal all lines that I haven't heard of...
