I really don't know but I'm kind of in the middle. V21 will take away all terrains and interiors, but graphics will be better. I would have voted "yes" if the graphics were less performance-demanding also.

Yeah pretty much.

It doesn't matter if people think it's good or bad, it's coming out anyway. The only reason I'm SOMEWHAT against it is because of performance issues. The max fps I usually ever get is 15-20, and I honestly don't think removing terrains and interiors will improve that at all.
