how da forget do I get rid of fruit flies???

My house has so many loving fruit flies in it right now. I don't have any food out for the little stuffheads and yet there in my house. And I am not talking about like 10 there are like 10,000. There even in the bathroom so there pissing me off while I stuff. I have tried poisoning the little forgeters with raid but they keep coming back. There coming out of the sink from what I can tell and I have no way to get rid of them. Do you guys have any suggestions on how to get rid of them?
