1. look at your own signature, just because he bought a new key it doesn't mean he'll be permadeactivated. the only other person i've known to be permadeactivated was poiuyt and his brother, but poiuyt was frequently breaking rules. it sounds like clinr only broke it once.
2. furthermore, i feel that hammereditor has a point in this one: he seemed to value his key so highly and he knows that if he ddos's someone he'll get deactivated. why the forget would he think he could get away with ddosing you while not losing his precious key?
