Just begin sleeping at desired time and use an alarm, you should be accustomed to the new schedule in about a week.
the last couple times i tried it i ended up laying in bed for 4 hours straight (2 am) then falling asleep
The reset button should be located under the left foot. Take a small object like a pen then press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds. Your sleep cycle has now been reset.
waking up at 12 pm then having a nap at 10 pm, you should wake up about 4-5 hours later and you'll be set to stay awake til 10 pm from there.

i go to bed at 10:30 am and wake up at about 8pm
