Author Topic: Tips on sleeping?  (Read 1098 times)

I look at "How long does it take to reset a sleeping cycle?" topic and that reminds me, I have trouble sleeping. I go to bed around 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM and I fall asleep around 12 or 1. Any tips?

Tried.

Takes me awhile to fall asleep too. Well it also depends because I usually have a lot of energy at night so I watch TV and rock in my rocking chair for an hour or so. Then I shut off the TV and listen to music on my iPod for about a half an hour then Im ready to go to sleep.

I've been falling asleep and staying asleep really well thanks to work. But anyways I dont know why but my doctor suggested drinking a glass of milk with a couple cookies before going to bed.

Go the forget to sleep.

Lots of pain killers.

Try to wind down 2 hours before sleeping, fap (seriously), eat a meal before sleeping, avoid naps and sleeping in later than 10 in the morning.
