Added poll to determine whether or not we should continue to have snipers when using planes.

Snipers will still be used when doing jeeps, this is only when using planes.

You can always reset at the end of the day...but at least if your server crashes, which it did before, scores won't be completely lost...

kamakazi's are not fun to deal with at all ever, they should explode the second they ram into another plane and it should automatically uninstall their blockland, delete their key and then degauss their harddrive for being such a friend.
