Custom music isn't in blockland menu?

I've done it before, and it worked, but now for some reason it's not appearing when I made another.
WHAT I'VE DONE:
Changed both clips or whatever they are called to mono
Exported as an .ogg
Put into the addons folder
And now it's not appearing

And also, there aren't any spaces or numbers. I replaced the spaces with _

Help would be appreciated.
