Author Topic: My body is screwed.  (Read 1100 times)

My knees hurt when I squat, my back hurts when I sit up straight, I have become germaphobic, I worry all the time and get frequently injured, and my hand looks like it has a second degree burn. I know something is wrong. What's going on with me?

Maybe you should ask a doctor instead of 14 year olds.

Obviously, someone has a voodoo doll of you.

You're probably going to blow up.

It's lupus, definitely lupus.

I'm going to a doctor, but I just wondered what you would think since other people ask questions in Off-Topic..

Hand is code for snake.
We saw the picture!

ATTENTION! THE APOCALYPSE ON DECEMBER 21st, 2012 IS COMING! WATCH OUT!

OT:

I don't really know what you have there, but maybe you should see a doctor.

Here are my ideas based on personal experience, knowledge, research, etc.

My knees hurt when I squat

> Lack of exercise, muscles in knees easily tired or more pressure put on bones
> stuff bones from poor diet
> Too much strain on knees (overweight, stuff posture. or having done something awkward recently)

my back hurts when I sit up straight,

> stuff posture, research into ergonomics at computer desk
> Bad sitting / sleeping positions
> Strain on back
> No core strength, lack of exercise

This goes hand in hand with bad knees really.

I have become germaphobic, I worry all the time

Mental health is unrelated. Being germ conscious is important especially during the flu season. If you do / worry about the following then you are completely fine and in fact more responsible then others:

- Wash hands throughout the day
- Use a hand sanitizer after returning home, or before eating etc while being in a public space
- Avoid touching the face until hands are clean

and get frequently injured, and my hand looks like it has a second degree burn. I know something is wrong. What's going on with me?

About getting injured, this again makes me thing you are physically weak. That'll give you joint and back issues, and you'll be more prone to suffering injury just like an old person who has a weak body. Join the club, I don't exercise intentionally and it doesn't help lol.

As for the hand, what do you mean? All hands have lines, and eventually wrinkles. Most are red and blotchy sometimes or often. If you skin is really bad use a moisturizer, some people have hands that dry out and not taking care of them can lead to painful sores and infection. D:

IcyGamma the Doctor.

Seriously, with that kind of knowledge, you should look into a medical profession. Have you ever thought of that?
