Clearly:
It's all an elaborate metaphor for the increasing presence of feminism.
The pancakes represent feminists, and how they demand retribution for the ones "eaten" (raped) by the humans (Mankind, men, male).
The worms represent logic, and how they eat their way into the brain to restore order to the feminists and banish them from the earth.
This will be what happens on December 21, 2012: Feminism becomes assimilative, and corrupts the minds of both men and women to their cause. One forward-thinking human will grow an army of logic that will save the world from the feminist threat.
