GPA is a score from 4 - 0. I highly doubt you got a 5.6, so I think you should probably use the real GPA, lol.

First off, he's not using the American GPA thing
Secondly, if you take all weighted classes in high school (honors, AP), it's possible to get up to 5.0

Also, just because you're older than normal for your grade doesn't mean you're stupid. I'm about half a year older than 75% of the kids in my class because I have a late birthday and I had to do kindergarten twice so that I could reach my fifth birthday.
