Apply 7 vertical stripes of blue paint onto your computer screen above the file, then underline it with a green stripe. What kind of scented candles am I meant to use?

It's a side effect of installing Microsoft Office. I have the same thing on occasion. You can't actually open it.

It causes no harm, no further action required.
