The method is impossible to explain, the point is me and a lot of other people are always able to get through the walls as I've done it hundreds of times before, it can be done and that's all that really matters.
Well I guess only a few people would ever need such events as the default ones are mostly good enough.
I have no  idea what the method you are talking about could be but it seems like not too many know about it.
Atleast I haven't seen anyone bypass a respawning wall.

Easy, OnProjectileHit > Player > Kill It kills the dude, but they can't get in!

Tell me this.  Why do you need this?

If it's your server, just disable brickdamage.

If it's someone else's server, then of they don't have brickdamage disabled, then they most likely will not get this event.

Just do what I said earlier.
