Yeah, it's kind of weird getting a doberman as a pup, seeing his floppy ears and then remembering you have to get them pulled up (w/e it's called).

just wait for her to go to sleep or something
sit her in your lap and pet her
anytime my dog acts ADHD I just start petting her and she eventually calms down
