When I wrote that I was talking about context, and Ephialtes post was posted in a context that made it appear angry.
and what you posted made it appear as if you were disagreeing..

fun to creep people on facebook, loooool.

Lot's of sports teams at my school use the groups to organize stuff. I played football (soccer) and we used a private group to just talk about the game/practice and just chat + get to know each other at the beginning

and what you posted made it appear as if you were disagreeing..

i'm not sure you actually understand what it means to debunk, or how to debunk

what you said had the tone of disagreement

> Selectively ignoring my post to say something that was already debunked

You have spent the thread disagreeing with the idea of my post so I was using context. Maybe your words just don't have much wisdom as I previously thought.

what you said had the tone of disagreement

No such thing as tone in single sentences beyond word meaning.

You serious Lub? I listened to your point after you made it and agreed. Why are you arguing with me? forget me lol.

are you just making up rules now or what, i've never heard that

ephis post was a single sentence but you still derived a tone
Being really loving stupid will though.

People misinterpret tone all the time online esp in email, it constantly causes arguments. Its just generally known.

He had multiple posts of the same basic point. Seemed pretty persistent for a "calm" person.

so it's not actually true then lol, it's a rule you apply to the internet.

No, its generally known. You've just demonstrated it, not sure how you are going to argue otherwise.

Disagree with you, not Lub.

Do I always have to spell things out for you. It doesn't mix well with that big-bad image you try to upkeep.

I just saw this and laughed for a few minutes

i demonstrated that tone can be misinterpreted

i didn't demonstrate that there's a rule that single sentences don't have tone (which if you said to an english teacher, they'd actually tell you was wrong)

Disagree with you, not Lub.
doesn't matter. the context was you not agreeing. that's what gave rise to the tone.

Again, that is not what I said. Where do you get these things from? Its like you can't understand basic sentences.

You really need to learn about context, its making you look thick.

so how about instead of telling me "you don't understand, that's not what I said", you rephrase it

because that is what you said
