Well, I will be getting a free dedicated service (good service) server, but for now I guess I should host non-dedicated.

I average of 196 Ping on the server, but absolutely no lag.  No matter what I do, I get no lag.
The server should work well with 20 players max on it.

Psyche is out of helping, he though just because he helped he deserved admin.

That's not what being a helper is about.  And plus, after a helper is done with all the things he/she was supposed to do, I'd give them moderator if they were good enough so I could see how well they moderate before giving them a shot of being an admin.

It's always got to be about admin...
