I dunno. Just going off of what i read, it appears he DoS'd him (very stupid)

What both of them did was spam my web server with connections, and hitting the limit of 50 connections.
That's not even the proper way to do it (kids, kids...) and all I had to do was change the limit.

I blocked both Pacnet and Clinr121 and they both cried because they couldn't join any servers I was hosting.
