Badspot's Block Party got reset?

I was off for 4, 5 days, when I left the Block Party, it was going very well.
When I came back, I saw everything got reset

What happened?

I was working on a v21 bunker, but I deleted it.

EDIT: I'm working on a new  V21 Bunker :P

It was horrible, many lives were lost, keys were revoked. 

In Badspot's rage he took up the Destructo Wand and laid waste to the server that was once his. 

From the ashes he rebuilt Blockland back from v1 to v20.
