There are websites around that you can design your own shirts and they ship it off to you. It costs more than usual shop shirts, less than official band/game shirts.

You can take a picture of your avatar with megashot, edit it and get a HD shirt of your own avatar. Sucks if you change it tho.

I have a custom shirt of LeetLegacy, lol.
Paid ~$25 for it.

However, that website is only for U.S.

There must be fabric/custom stores in malls or such in every important city you guys live in, you just need to search for it. (I didn't order my shirt online, I got a file into a store and they printed it in like 20 minutes.).

Look for custom shirt makers in your area and go to them, don't take online orders for that you can just go there if it's in your area and get it done in <1 hour.

and they're roundabout $30+ for customs

Well just order from them then.

And I am quite sure they don't care THAT much about the size of the model, that increments the size by a bit. It also matters what colors you'd use. If you have a lot of colors sounds normal to pay +$50 for a shirt. If you have just 3 colors (Black, white and Red) for the ASCII face you should fall way under that range. The LeetLegacy shirt has White, Red, Blue and Purple (or they blended it, I have no idea).
