Ask what the shop sells
Rodrigo relays the question and the answer comes back that they are not sure but it appears to be a pawn shop or antiques shop.

Ask what suspects are armed with

"Specifics unknown, but at least two of them are carrying firearms"

Wouldn't something like this require the incredibly competent SWAT team  :cookieMonster:

Seriously though are we going by the "If they shoot at us we have clearance to shoot they asses" system like in SWAT games or something

Well part of the reason I put this in the future was so I could alter things to be more interesting and engaging. As aforementioned in the prolouge, you guys are member of a Quick Deploy Squad, which obviously doesnt exist now. Since crime rate is so high, the police force has been altered. a QDS is basically a branch of the SWAT, but its job is to get somewhere quick and be able to handle situations without getting a whole bunch of people involved. Its not quite like the movies where every officer is a fat guy with a handgun who hides behind his car door and gets involved in car chases in which he crashes his patrol car into his fellow officers.

But the protocol now is basically just shoot back at anyone who shoots at you, seeing as there are so little small crimes, like some guy holding up a candy shop or something. Since the men inside have already fired on officers you would be cleared to fire back.

edit: woops must have clicked the lock button on accident lol

Five of us, six of them, seven of us if you count the two officers.
The two are pinned down, which may mean that a few guys are making sure they aren't escaping, which means we can have up to 5 guys alert of the other side, probably less.
Looks like we can flank them.

Loadouts for each person?

The weapons and items and other general info are in the player list in the second post. All of you have handguns and a decent amount of ammo. Jelly has a radio and Master has a flashlight in addition.

You guys have to make a decision in the next two posts before you reach your destination.

Whoops.
Yeah I'm fairly sure we can have two flank them while somebody with a more accurate gun fires from a distance. COUGH COUGH.
Corner shop, which means we can likely get undetected when moving in.
Or we could totally take the badass way and just drive the cars into the shop but that's an awful idea.
Alright, plan is Robert and Fredrick flank them on one end of the street, while Dimitri and I go in from the other side. Mateo can try to take down people from a distance. Any suggestions on this plan would be nice.

You round the corner of the two lane road and see a cop car pointed front first towards a corner shop. Both doors are open and you can see the cops behind the doors, occasionally loosing a few shots at the shop. Rodrigo's car had driven up on one side while Mateo's came up on the other. The cars screech to a stop, sides facing the shop. Everyone jumps out of the car and gets on the opposite side so as not to take any fire. Rodrigo rushes over to the two cops, "Whats the situations?"

"We've got 6 armed hostiles inside, and three civilians presumed dead, at least one injured. We've been taking small arms fire fr about 15 minuets now, suspects do not want to negotiate."

Observing the building, you can see its made of brick. About half of the front of the building is made window, which has been shot out. This is where most of the fire appears to be coming from. There is one front door on the left side of the building (Mateo's side). The building is connected to other stores so there are most likely no side or back doors. The suspects have turned of the lights so you can't see much inside from where you are. Both officers have handguns and one is currently wielding a 8 round shotgun.

Course of action?

Try to flank them, while the other cops provide some cover fire with their pistols.

There is one door, what do you mean, flank? Like find an alley that can reach the back? Its not a large building, and if there was a backdoor, the perps would have already left through it.

I thought it had like windows and stuff I dunno.
Considering the wounded is likely on the floor, we can probably just sorta shoot at them. Might not be the best idea though.

yeah it has windows, but considering its not a large building and there are only two points of entry, its not like they aren't going to notice if you walk right up to an open window. also keep in mind that you have limited ammo, and that i wont be giving you so many hints in the future, but this is the opening round so slack has been slackened.

You call you the order to lay down some light fire on the building.

keep in mind the rest of the team can do stuff to guys
