Yay, you guys are supporting him but when I made my first failing service just like this one everyone pounded and flamed it. I never thought that would be unfair.
The past is irrelevant to this argument. You clearly flamed him here just because he didn't want to be your customer anymore. He told you in a non-aggressive message and attitude that he will be leaving your service. He even thanked you for the service that you gave to him.
Your like a over reacting 5 year old with anger issues. So what he left your service. Its his right to do it and just because he left you just got angry as stuff at him for no apparent reason.
