Guys, there will be a v21, but it might not just be CALLED v21.
I'm sick of hearing this and thinking people might have the wrong idea.

Look at the topic title..

It says 'v22'
Coming soon.
What.

Forget V21, when you can have V22! :D

But seriously, this sounds like an AWFUL idea. No one even really knows what the 22nd update has to offer, and the "famous" users you mentioned aren't really famous. Ephialtes, IcyGamma, etc. are famous-ish.

the "you must be new here" thing can't even wrap itself around this topic.

GravityCat,Jorgur,Count,Crown,Cat123
I like how I've never even heard of Count or Cat123, Crown is only famous for hosting a Jail RP, one of the most copied and mediocre servers to date, Jorgur is famous for a... medieval rp?  (which really wasn't even fun) and GravityCat is famous for making consistently worst weapons in Blockland

No famous members who actually do cool stuff and are still active?  Heck, even infamous members would be more interesting than this lineup.  Lets get Lord Tony, Stocking and rlcbm all in one server.

Also forgot to mention.. 22?

Edit: ALSO forgot to mention that most popular users will probably be partying at a popular old-cigarette hangout when v21 comes out anyways.  Such as Wedge's or Barnabas' server.  If you want to see "famous" members who actually DID something for the game all in one server, go to those.  Done.

People will come to call it v21 anyways once it's out.  Does it really matter?

Mawty should attend the party

What about small bug fixes (some only for Mac) that were passed between versions?

You kind of just proved everyone else's point about how small fixes and additions will just be revision numbers, while larger updates like the Shadows and Shaders will be a new version number.

Doomonkey suggested that every update have a new version number, which is drifting from my point.

What do you get about "that system was trashed"?

Going to go ahead and assume you meant "What don't you get"

I understand it's all just revisions now, but where was it stated that version numbers were trashed? Might as well remove Version: 20 from the menu and replace it with Revision: x. v21 just seems more unique than "Revision: x."

Wall of unformatted text, hurts my eyes.

There's no official reference to it being "v21". It's completely made up by the community.

Well v21 is a lot easier to type than "The Shadow and Shader Update," and we have no idea what revision number it will be called so there is no point there.
