if you'd open your eyes you'd realize that many russian people are in a tough spot with very little money, and many big cities are like little detroits which doesnt help very much. many criminals has also ran away to estonia, poland and other countries and started to be general asshats such as helping the community with lovely national socialist biker gangs.
if you are going to russia you better know where you're going and what the safest route is, western russia is safe ircc but there is a lot of robberies on roads and highways especially near latvia
