as for the reason why he was banned. i can make a good guess.

when reviewing, badspot realized what anyone with reading comprehension could, that i was making a legit point, and it went way over glass's head.

now the ban may have been for glass throwing a further fit for a reply from baddy about such things. or badspot had just plain up front, banned him for being stupid.

granted i didnt have to be such an ass to glass in my post in that topic. it came from my disdain for many of his previous posts, and i didnt just randomly decide to tear into him then.

he is just one of the 9 people on my stuff list. people i will not be nice to for any reason in any topic.
this dosnt mean i go out of my way to flame them, i generally still take part in the topic's discussion.

This makes sense. I have been banned for a week before for reporting someone, then posting about what a handicap they were and why I reported them. All it did was direct the attention towards me and get me banned for flaming.

I'm pretty sure badspot keeps up with the people who have gotten banned before. Kinda like probation  if you go against it, you get banned.
