I actually don't think you have a case.

You are still able to access Blockland on your computer; that is not restricted. Badspot banned you from the auth server, which is his private property, meaning he has every right to do so.

Plus when you buy Blockland, you are paying for single player only, multiplayer being an added bonus, and since the key still works for single player...

Not if you pay to use it. Go play any other game, World of Warcraft I know states that accounts are owned by Blizzard and can be terminated at any point in time, same with most other games. Blockland on the other hand promises only a "lifetime membership" which I have, despite legitimately paying for, had revoked. I definitely have a case, whether or not I'd launch a case against Eric Hartman is a completely different story.

The key does not work for single player. An authentication failure puts you in demo mode. Not to mention the other parts of your statement are completely false.

Here's a revoked authentication key ABB5Z-2XRM-ZYWT-L522

As long as you connect once, you can play at any time with no demo limits.

This is incorrect. Try the authentication key I posted. I'll take a screenshot.

Pretty sure the key has to work at some point for you to actually be able to use it.

No. You're just wrong, as far as I know you've never had a revoked key so there's no way you would know. The way I know if my ID has been revoked (which for me is a constant daily worry) is when the giant DEMO sign pops up and a popup that say "Invalid Key" and the bottom flashes "ID Not Found".

Pretty sure the key has to work at some point for you to actually be able to use it.
please stfu please learn about keys before speaking

Pretty sure the key has to work at some point for you to actually be able to use it.
you seen the evidence, stop trying to argue and act like you're right when you're wrong.

yes.
then it got revoked. so now it doesn't work.

hey forgettards, reread his post - he's actually right.

except it's irrelevant.

serverCmdTrust_Invite(findClientByName("NAT3"),"TripNick", 2); likely sends a full trust invite to me from you. I'm not 100% sure,
Okay, it says that you haven't spawned yet, but I tried it with different people on
my server. It still said they haven't spawned yet

Sorry for taking so long to reply to you...

There is no EULA or ToS for Blockland as a game. Badspot has no legal right to revoke any key for any reason aside from fraudulent purchase.
wrong wrong wrong wrong

wrooooooooooong

Quote from: EULA
"Blockland LLC reserves the right to ban you from playing Blockland online at any time for any or no reason and without notice."

It's even displayed to you when you run the installer, I mean come on.
