look, i realize that he maybe didn't tell us the whole story but seriously
spamkicking, at least in my opinion, is stupid and unforgivable in an administrator. kicking does not give a reason on the disconnect message so they might not even know what they're doing wrong, and you're kicking them over and over again without giving a reason.

also, i realize that he was "being annoying and wouldn't shut up", but from what it seems like he was removed from the server for complaining about someone ruining the game and then when he got mad, which is a proper reaction, he was again removed from the server many times until he was banned.

He was also spamming, repeatedly calling people out, and talking in all caps according to uxie.
