What are those lights that scan the ground? - apparently they are broken forever

You know, like in the movies when someone is escaping from a prison and they have the lights searching

I know some sort of lights like that exist in Blockland, but I can't find them.
I don't think they actually scan the ground per se, but it sort of goes in and out from side to side where the brick with the light is at.

i remember those, they didn't actually have a beam but they produced light across surfaces like that, they were called spotlights

i also remember some searchlight add-on i cant remember if it was an actual light or if it was an emitter, but it was a light that went back and forth when spawned on a brick

OK so apparently the lights are broken and fixing them is also broken since like 1994 when Badspot said so.
