What about addDems, only usable by host's bricks (the secondary key)? It can be used on trees in the city, that if you try/manage to cut down you gain 50 dems or so.

I'm a mob moss, I want to go for godfather but to get that I need to place bounties that are at least 1k each. that means I have to spend 10k just to get the required EXPX for it. Then 5k for the job itself. There should be a different way to get EXP for mob bosses because this is ridiculous.
Also I think EXP should be added to the leader boards.
