F8 during bootup > disable automatic restart on system failure.
or: msconfig and look for something of the above.

Click on the most recent one, and tell us what it says underneath "Bug Check String", and on the bottom half, the file names of the files highlighted in red.

I'm pretty sure it's my graphics card failing for some reason, but I'm not sure why.

do you have any onboard graphics?

if so, try to game on that, you're going to need to uninstall your current video drivers and install the onboard, when you game try to play for longer periods and if it still fails, tell us.
if it doesn't, the GPU dun goofed.

Graphics card drivers can cause blue-screens if installed incorrectly or if the version is unstable in the first place.
Try completely removing them and then installing them from a fresh download of the drivers if possible
