EDIT: Keep in mind that NMSSDA are the special forces of the country, which means they have much better training than the average soldier, be it hostile or friendly.

Fourteen AH-64 Apaches streak overhead the city, missiles firing at the plaza where the standoff is located. Only three remain after four strafing runs, and briefly retreat. After the dust clears, some troops armed with ASRs are fighting their way to the office building from behind the APVs, and more are parachuting in from above the cloud layer.

Soldiers seem to endlessly flood from their base in the capital building, the sounds of citizens' screams can be heard echoing throughout the city, as well as the endless gunshots.  The NMSSDA team fights it's way up the floors of the office building, securing hostages and sending them back outdoors to (semi) safety.  The garage doors on the small buildings surrounding the capital open, T-90 tanks rolling out of them and taking up positions in the plaza, as well as mobile AA platforms, that open fire on the parachuting hostile units.  The T-90 tanks begin firing tear gas shells into the crowds of enemy soldiers armed with ASR's, the Machine gunners opening fire among the various poisonous clouds.  Anti Air guns continue to thump around the city, trailing the Apaches in their retreat, as well as firing at the various parachuting hostiles.

The Falistilian troops make it to the ground with a handful of losses, opening fire on the AA guns.

The Falistilian troops are quickly consumed in .50 BMG rounds from the mounted guns on the T-90 tanks, practically tearing them to shreds.  Soldiers turn their attention from the now empty office building, aiding the tanks in their defense of the Anti Air guns.  Volunteering civilians quickly replace the losses of the AA gun crews.

The tanks, not being lightly armored, suffer medium damage from the rockets, 4 out of the 15 tanks deployed are abandoned, the MG's detached and carried into various buildings.  The MG's are set up inside the buildings, other troops taking garrison in the same buildings and establishing fortifications.  The office building seems to act as their current forward operations base.

A detachment of about 200 troops immediately starts aiming at the office building's base and structural supports, firing rockets and reloading.
The other troops resume firing on the T-90s.
