The point is, they were trying to spring up an international crime circle.  I am not blaming you for starting up crime circles in Erinaum as well, I would, however, like to contain and remove this problem internationally, not just internally in Erinaum.

The Olvaian government begin looking into Chemical Warfare while the Olvaian Revolutionary Army begin training special shock troopers.

Olvaian citizens begin to unrest after the failure to destroy Erinaum and an militia is formed upon the new island. With this news the Olvaian government is outraged but does not want to engage just yet, as the numerous generals of the ORA do.

Olvaia, please.  I can assure you that my military more that quadruples yours.  I don't understand what all this agression is about, but I am doing both of us a great service and to NO cost to you.  I am trying to be civil to you.  However, if it is war you want, then it is war you will get; I cannot stop you.  It will only end in your complete and utter extinction.

Every single belonging that was desired to be brought with you to your new home has been relocated, along with all the people who went along with them.  It is 7 months after the treaty was signed.  All food and supplies are being shipped out of Erinaum to New Olvaia.  I don't see how Olvaia will be angry for Erinaum giving them a peaceful alternative from death, and then paying for the alternative for them.
