i lag immensely when i turn on shaders.

When i try loading a save, sometimes my mouse doesn't move until i start spinning my character around with the arrow keys, has anyone else had this issue?

It's his screen name. If he wanted people to call him Eric on the forums or game, that would be his username. But wh'ever.
