You don't know if the creater would wan't this, you always need permission to release something that's not your's, if the creater is no longer active then don't even think about giving it out.If you wan't to keep an add-on alive simply use it on your server.

Nowone had permission to port any old add-ons, since the creators obviously don't care enough about them to repost them.
Alot of times the creators aren't playing Blockland anymore, since all the good people left in 2010.
