Features bluish-green (teal, I guess, but I named it blue-green to start with so it stuck around) cloud cover, mainly ambient lighting and low-contrast shadows. Looks really bad with the day cycle.

I was going to just rip the skybox from cs_office from the CS:S files, but this is pretty darn close to it.
I'm definitely using this for my cs_office TDM! Thanks!
