Exactly. Unless the textures are normal maps you can't prevent the stud image texture from having the light side in the wrong direction. Yes you could rotate the sun until it matches but that does not work with day cycles.
I'm not saying to rotate the sun, wiseguy, I'm saying to rotate the texture that makes up the ground so that it is properly matched to the brick textures.

The brick textures rotate according to the static sun position so moving the sun would actually be easier.

Really? Odd, you'd think Badspot would have added a script to let the "stud" floor textures do it too.

I know the 4x4f Cieling Print Plate has the brick textures on it's top side incorrectly placed; theyr'e pointing in the opposite direction.
