Launcher loading slowly.

When i startup the launcher it just says loading for awhile and then takes a long time to load. Its still been loading for about a half an hour or so.

I have loading problems too but mine is diffrent, every time i try to host a server it says "Waiting on server" and it stays like that for awhile and never changes. Plz help.
