Merchant: We're dreadfully short on food and drink, but we can offer advanced smelting coal that has the astounding ability to roast and extract iron from iron ore. We also have cheap stone crafts and jewelry.
Our tinkers also just created some hammer native gold jewelry.

The Erinamese people would be interested in better purifying metal, and we would be glad to exchange some food, Erinamese Ale and protection from Northern Barbarians for the smelting coal.

I'm back everyone!

Catapults, trebuchets, ballista, skorpions, Archemedes, Greek fire, all that's fair game a far as I'm concerned. Just don't go around using gunpowder.

Åkkèłé?

Alani invents the trebuchet.

Woohoo.

Åkkèłé?

Have at.

In view of the fact that this hasn't really taken off, I'm going to be jumping in. A small faction near the border of the Erinamese zone begins a migration across the continent, primarily on horseback but with many in oxen pulled wagons.

If I go overboard or something you'll all have to let me know and use logic on me so I calm down and don't take over the world.

A small scouting party of about 150 men is sent to the continent to the east of Skull Island, and they travel farther east to the Notomi territory.  When attempts to communicate fail, they offer Деньги, (their form of currency, a small silver coin.)

Woo!

And sure thing.  Am I a moderator in this topic?

Am I a moderator in this topic?
I'd advise plethora not to make him a Moderator cause you're giving him unnecessary power. It'd all end up in GRAVITANIUM.

200 men meet the party, along with the faction heir again. They accept this currency and offer them education on the English and Japanese language.

Although they don't understand a word you're saying, they simply nod and smile.

As to moderators, it's up to the lot of you to decide on how you all want to go about that when I'm not here. I think that having "Use common sense." in the rules sums up what should be going on. I will still hold the final say in what would go, but I'm willing to let you all elect someone. Try to stick to the known periodic table and time period metalurgical knowledge though.

The Erinamese faction that left has made good progress. They have been attacked by several germanic tribes, but due to their superior tactics, as well as the aid of Scottish guides, they fended off the attackers, and were able to launch a successful counter offensive resulting in the assimilation of a few Germanic tribes, as well as the alliance with Clan McPhail (a group of about 500 of which now accompany them on their journey).

The Procession has rearranged itself so that it forms a square; the middle is occupied by non-combatants, the next layer is archers, javelin wielders, & sling users, the next layer being swordsmen and spearmen, and lastly cavalry on the outside. This is one of the improvements that a Scottish tactician has made that allowed the group to overcome attackers.

And not to be biassed on this, but we've seen Tomcat make a huge blunder in Slainte in Anagaea.  (Not saying you haven't changed, but bro, that was a bad slip up, sorry :/)
Mikoyan always ends up saying
Quote
SAMs shoot them down.
or
Quote
Jets shoot them down.
(repeatedly) and accounts nothing for tactics or prior posts.  I've never seen him in an all-out war where he doesn't stuff all over it with some excuse of invincibility via defenses.  They are fallible.  The only reason he repeats it is to get everyone bandwagoning against them and therefore pressure the OP to void it, rather than directly taking it to the OP and being open to a fair review from either party.  That's a pretty low-blow way to handle something IMO.
Of what I've seen of blazerblock (which is very little), I have seen no evidence to positive moderation abilities or potential.

You have no room to talk whatsoever.

The procession continues on its way through further hostile territory, but tactics and determination see it through. When the next page comes the masses will settle.

It would be better with more people as far as moderating I think. Easier to find a neutral, moderate, sensible moderator. *Cough* advertise *cough*

I'm not going to see any of my own all enclosing wall crap until we've got force fields. You are correct Swat, Miks hands are dirty here, but so are yours, and mine, and basically everyone's from Anagea and elsewhere.
