if it's not shockingly obvious, you can't game on any laptop, no exceptions.

I can run this update on medium and most modern games fine, I'm on a laptop.

I have the same issue, yet I am certainly not Bottlenecking (3.2 GHz, XFX Radeon 6870). I hope this is fixed soon.
