You guys are acting like bypassing everything will suddenly be the end of the world.

You could always change the brick limit with a memory editor, did the world end?

Seems good to me, if it wasn't for the fact I could see the default saves when I played the demo in v8 I probably wouldn't have been inspired or encouraged to buy the game. Yet I always found it weird people could use any amount of add-ons they wanted.

I love how evil the demo is now. You can save your builds but you can't load them. Haha.

Can you still play the default game modes (like rampage) and load the default saves?

From what I understand from the changes thread, you can load any save as long as it isn't considered a "3rd party" save

As expected, you can exec() any add-on.
Doesn't do anything with add-ons with content, vehicles, weapons, etc.

All events, scripts, etc.. yeah.

I think every save but the default ones are considered 3rd party. Even the ones that the demo user saves. Which is hilarious.

Most general players don't know of that function, let alone kids new to the game. Don't think that'll be an issue.

True. except, it's my job to break it.

I think removing the brick limit was good, because it will let people who want to maybe buy the game get a better feel at  playing blockland. I don't like how they can use as many add-ons as they want. How about an add-on limit?
I completely and utterly disagree. I think that removing the limit is complete bullstuff. The reason I got this game was so that the limit was removed. If I still hadn't gotten the game at this point, I'd never consider buying it now.

You would never be able to load the builds you save. So that hard work is lost.

it is lol

Makes them want to buy it even more so they can get their old saves back >:)

No one cares how people can bypass it:

Bypass or not bypass, until you actually pay for the game you're missing quite a lot of things. Besides, you still can't play multiplayer.
