Public is the only new thing.

"Saved Owner" and "Yours" was originally "Load Ownership" enabled or disabled. Nobody really talks about Public load because it's broken. Never mind, I read the bug list wrong.

They can build on them but they can't destroy, paint, or change them with a wrench.

It's literally the same thing as it was before except now you can load them as public bricks, too. There's nothing to dislike.
