Since ever V21 came out, I'm getting problems with my fps being too low.
I know it's not add-ons because I got rid of most.
It might be my computer, this computer was good 4 years ago, idk about now.
So what videocard should I be getting or what should I change on my pc?
My specs are:

2048 MB RAM
X2 Dual Core Processor
NVIDIA 8600 GT 512 MB
