Author Topic: Fringe - Keysharing with a seperate IP  (Read 1204 times)

It appears Fringe doesn't understand how purchasing keys work.

NOEDIT: if I remember correctly, auth failures happen when a seperate IP logs on with the same auth.

Sometimes the master server has forgeted up and done that.

If it keeps happening, then you can confirm it. Once is not enough.

Sadly, after the auth failure I took a pic and ended the server :/

I didn't manage to get proof of him saying that he crashes a lot from that same error... but he said it. not that unconfirmed claims mean anything.

I found him on a server and manipulated his stupidity against him.

I've seen people being forced to leave the game because of a failed authenciation, and then when they come back they say they crashed.
I don't know if they're lying or not.

also he got auth failed on that server too

it's funny, really.

his username is fringe, and he's infringing his rights of what he can do with his key.

OK, now you've gotten it.

That is, unless he took a trip from Kansas to the UK and happened to have an auth fail at the same time.

That's where those Ips are located.

His key will most likely get deactivated for keysharing on separate ips anyway.
