An Earthquake occurs in the center of the Nervian ocean, reading a 8.7 on the Richter Scale, causing severe tsunami's in New Manhattan, Syriak, Olvaia, and Warsaw island. Olvaia, and Warsaw island experience the worst of it, extreme flooding and unortunatley, drowning.  New Manhattan evacuates the harbors, and seals the large bulkhead doors that provide access.  New Manhattan's wall suffers minor erosion.  Watcher you decide on your stuff, and grunter, you can throw in anything too.

SUDDENLY THE LAND UNDER OLVAIA BEGINS TO RISE.

Many Dingies as well as rowboats  as sent out to rescue as many people as they can, and take them to much higher ground.

(Here's something cool about olvaia, the part more down to the south just seems to rise up and up more there are a few cliffs on some of the edges but mostly it just  lowers I will take a screen cap showing what I am talking about.)

This part of Olvaia escalates a whole bunch that normal olvaian land is.

Red is normal olvaian land height

Blue is Souther Olvaian height, it drastically is higher than the rest of olvaia.

Helicopter carriers filled with UH-60s and Naval aid crews steam out of the icy bay of Venicicitta inbound for Olavia and New Manhattan to provide search and rescue for the crippled militaries

While the streets of New Manhattan seem clean, they are completely empty, and the water climbs almost thirty feet up the wall, the boats previously parked in the harbor swaying back and forth out of place, some of them crashing into the wall.  It's safe to assume that the harbors won't be used anytime soon.  As for Warsaw Island, the island practically no longer exists.  Syriakian citizens stand atop their houses, some of them not so lucky, however the New Manhattan side seems to be completely evacuated.

New Manhattan requsts access to the Timün space station.
Contribute by improvements to the robotics bay #1 and add housing module #3.  You may then research on it cooperatively.

In other news, the EAF offers to fly humanitarian aid helicopters in to carry troubled citizens of damaged areas to high ground.  Downed power lines will prevent you from crossing with boats.  Shut down the power plants within the area if you want aid boats to enter the area.

We don't need help from Erinaum. The situation is being controlled by the Italian navy in Olavia and New Manhattan will be fine thanks to their super walls.

Olvaia won't be fine.

One side may be higher than the other, but the lower side will still get hit HARD.

Keep in mind that this earthquake read an 8.7 on the richter scale.

An 8.7.

EDIT: HerpaDerp, update the OP, it's 2016 and the year still says 2012.

As for Erinaum's request, New Manhattan researchers have already begun studying semi-bionic limbs, they are willing to put some of their research toward Timün space station.

A housing module is currently under construction.

I didn't mean Olavia and New Manhattan will be fine

I meant we're controlling the situation in Olavia

and New Manhattan will be fine

Flooding in Warsaw island lessens, damage is extreme in some places.

New Manhattan's outer district experiences minor flooding, ruining crops and mines.

I didn't see him consent to any requests of yours in the topic.  Let NM speak for itself.

As for Olvaia, The same offer goes to you as well.  Need any humanitarian aid?

Telar will not be sending anyone to make sure that everybody's alright if not invited, however, if the governments of the nations affected by the tsunami may ask for assistance and Telar will do all in its power to remedy the situation.

Teleri satelites are updated with a computer program that is able to control navigational controls in order to prevent any future collisions. Two more satelites have been sent up (this time manned) for the purpose of making sure the update is successfully installed, and doing so manually should the remote transmaission fail.

As long as this humanitarian aid isn't gonna lift us into the sky with gravitanium then sure.

Rofl.

A housing unit is sent by ship (After the tsunami wave subsides) to Erinaum along with six New Manhattan trained astronauts.

A radio transmission is sent out of Telar. It's picked up by a naval vessel that Telar has not yet been able to track or identify.

Transmission goes as such (* is meant to show static):
"Th*** Fl*** For***** *****sin***le**. Arm***ur***v*s. It cannot *****unk. Prepa** yo**sel*."

Telar has searched for the vessel that the transmission was sent to, but have not bee able to locate it. The person who sent the message, however, has been aprehended and is being held for questioning.
