Decals I made are not put up right

I have just made 2 decals (i'm gonna get better at making them) and they work fine, it's just that...I really can't explain this, so if you're a decal maker master please explain to me how to fix it...Note: I have made them Png. I have added a Thumbs file and made the main file Zipped like it's meant to be, and this is what I get:

Letter Prints: 256x256
Poster Prints: 512x512

Avatars:
Decals: 256x256
Faces: 256x256

Thumbnails:
Thumbnails: 64x64


Also remember that if you're making a face or decal, that only about 225x225 of it will be seen.
If you extend past this, the side of the avatar's body or head will turn blackish, depending on the color it's set to.
