I caught 2 salmon about 16-20 lbs. each over the weekend so I've been eating a lot of fresh salmon :)

i once had the pleasure of having a freshly caught salmon steak slow cooked over a fire with lemon and salt. that stuff was so damn good, you could taste the lemon but it didn't overpower the flavor of the fish.
