What is this website?  Has anyone heard about it?

I'm not going to post my "Reference Code".  I just want opinions and info, and I don't care for the "Points".

The site is obviously a bit suspicious and "Too good to be true", so what's the deal?

My domain name senses are tingling. I smell bullstuff.

$40 Roblox Card
100% MORE PEGS!!!

Seems like an account phishing site. Say you get your friends and your friends get their friends to get enough points for an "epic free prize" then what? How will they activate the money on your account? They'll probably ask for your information and what not or enter your password on their "official" site.

I found a topic explaining the scam behind the website, but it's on the Roblox forums.

...do we still get banned for posting links to there...?

Anyway, Googling it will get you there.  However, it's still a new website and there isn't much info on it yet.

Yeah, makes sense.  To claim the prize, you'll need to create an account on their website at the very least.

Even if that's all it is, people more often than not use the same username and password everywhere, and the prize chosen will indicate which game they use that login info on.

Break the link and the forums won't stop you from posting.

TeslaCoil tried to get me to go there on Steam. She gave no real information, just "click the link." And "do it, click the link." I didn't, lol.

The website is filled with ads and makes you fill a survey once you get the "referrals".

All the ads and clicks and the survey itself will give the owner about twice the money required to buy the item itself.

Not to mention that there's a 97% chance of not even getting the item. And that's a fake estimative, the real estimative would be 98%.

Ah, gotcha.

Clicking it causes no harm, as it's just a public domain.  My computer isn't alerting me to any tracking software being installed or anything.  It's the process after you "Get enough points" that's dangerous.

Not to be rude, but... what?

Ah, OK. I didn't really feel like finding out, lol.

yeah it's a click scam.

The site owner is vigorously defending his website, so it may be true that he simply gets paid for all the ads on the website.

I'm still not going to use it, as my computer is expensive and I don't like risks for stuff I can afford to buy on my own..

do you have to wager your computer to use the website?
